All these people from around the world, and i bet you all eat differently. We eat for many different reason, firstly the obvious one like survival, but other things affect our diets. Have you ever considered that your eating patterns may not be right for you. We should feed a baby we it is hungry so that it develops and understands what hungry and feeling full after eating is. The body needs to be taught these things even if it means the mother is exhausted. Who said we need to eat three times a day. In the affluent world this is considered the norm, but in poor countries just eating to be full at any time of the day is a blessing. Consider all the refugees in the world, food becomes their only way of holding on to their culture. Food becomes comfort and a life line to history.
So many things to consider, tell me what food it to you......... come on interact and add some food for thought.
