more than one way to eat an elephant

Many people think that to loose weight is a simple thing. Just eat less and exercise more. However we all know that it just does not work out that way. Its very fustrating for millions of us around the globe. We are getting fatter by the second.....tick  tock....

You will not loose weight if you participate in the following activities:
  1. eating at night
  2. not eating brreakfast
  3. eating a light lunch
  4. not snacking
  5. getting stressed out
  6. eating in front of the tv or pc
  7. eating quickly
loosing weight will depend on many factors other than exercise you will loose more if you participate in the following:
  1. eat breakfast and a large lunch and a small dinner
  2. eat when you are hungry, just make sure it is fruit or wholemeal based
  3. relaxation aids digestion and burns more calories
  4. appreciate and give thanks for your food. Midfulness burns calories
  5. slow down and make time to make your own food
simple really, but can you really be bothered. Its not just doing simple things, how bad does it have to get. How big do you have to be before you make an effort.
