Its great to see so many of you are from around the world, it really is good to have you all and wishing you all the best of health.
The poll is slow to start however already you can see that the leader of moment is comfort eating. Comfort eating can haappen for many reason. What ever the reaon is it is the food that fills the gap. It is the food that you seek comfort it, it is the sence of feeling full that makes you feel better. Problem is, as we alll know, all that food has to go somewhere, and if you have not exercised in any form today then shame on you.
What would be good to see is people starting to comment on the blogs, lets get some interaction going here. After all we have some many people dropping in and having a look, UK, Russia, Lebanon, Pakistan, India, Jamiac, Malawi, Nigeria to name but a few and of course the fatest country on the planet USA.
Once this poll becomes more informative then we will start to discuss the various reasons why people put on weight.
For now one little tip to start doing on a daily basis. The simple act of praying before your meal or just beign thankful and mindful about what you are about to eat, actually aids digestion and absorbtion of nutrients and burns more calories when eating at breakfast and lunch.
