can you really lose weight?

Salam,

How many of you that read these blogs have actually started to make changes. Motivation for many of us is a major factor. The problem is for many people is that we all give up too quickly. We make changes and then fail to carry on, we loose our will to do it.

One of the many secrets that I wll let you all know about is that in order to affect real change in your life, is to maintain the changes for at least 30 days. 30 days will ensure that new habits have a chance to embed themselves in your brain.

This will be tough, one of the few ways to get through is to relax more. Take time out when ever you can and begin to close your eyes, listen to the sounds around you and the feelings in sid and then begin to see yourself as you would like to be. Do the mirror exercise.

30 days to add years on to your life. Not a bid deal really. More years to enjoy your friends and family, more time to learn more things, more time to contribute to society.

Loosing weight has benefits for all. Just focus and count the days down. Stick to it. Later will follow some freaky mind techniques to help you focus and rid your selves of old habits and beliefs.
