Look at yourself in the mirror. You are the some total of your thinking so far. Most of us will not like what we see. Most of us have a distorted image of our selves. This internal image is what our brain will try to achieve for us. if only we had realized this earlier we could have saved putting on a few kilos or pounds.
So close your eyes and see your self in front of an imaginary mirror. See your self as you want to be. Make it vivid, colourful, moving, and pleasing to all your senses. The mind cannot tell the difference between a vivid imaginary picture and the real thing.. So go ahead and make the image a you would like to be, now the real magic lies in the mirror, imagine jumping into the image you see. Try on the image for size, make sure you feel how it feel to be this new shape, this will teach your mind what it is it needs to do. Now jump back out and wake up.
You will notice over the next month how you are starting to feel and act differently around food and exercise. you must do this exercise for the next month for it create a real change. Remember you are what you think.
