We are designed to consume food at breakfast and lunch and eat light at night. We have the in built ability to burn more calories in the morning and afternoon than at night. Yet because of the ever increasing pressures of work we tend to eat light at breakfast and lunch and then pig out at night. This is no good for our bodies. The inability to burn calories at night leaves your body with an excess of food to burn. Guess what? It turns to fat.

We know this, science knows this and therefore politicans know this, yet we still conform to the new eating patterns. We are eating and working ourselves into early graves. We are eating ourselves further into a situation which binds our bodies closer to fat and weigth gain more than at any time in our history.

Will employers ever realise that a productive work force is a happy workforce. happyness starts from within and it all centre around food and how we eat. You need to make some choices to ever breakfree from this vicious cycle.

What are you going to do about it? What can you do about it?

Lets just forget about it and continue to eat at night in fromnt of a tv or pc or mobile device, god help you because you obviously cannot help yourself.
