JK Lee has returned

Hello there,

After a long break for reasons that I cannot share with you JK Lee on food is back. More commentary of food/cooking and obesity.

Things have not changed much since I have been away. There is one constant though, people are still getting larger, cooking less and buying more processed food. The more I look into the the more I think the problem is psychological. Until we get motivated to change then noting will ever happen. The blog will restart with a focus on things obese and ways in which we can tackle this growing problem.

More stuff to follow but here is a quick stat to blow your brains. There are over 100 legs amputated in the UK due to diabetes per week. That's more than any conflict since the second world war. The problem is people don't realise that it is in fact a war. A war involving politicians, farmers, media, health care, education, supermarkets and many more.

So, its good to be back, more to follow.

JK Lee
